WHO ARE THESE PARTIES SUITABLE FOR?
Magic Ideas sleepovers are suitable for girls and boys from 5yrs to 14yrs. Slumber parties can be held during the day or overnight.

HOW DOES MAGIC IDEAS SLUMBER PARTIES WORK ?
After choosing your date, option and theme, and all other details are set, we will arrive at your home, set up, check everything is OK, and then leave to let you and your friends enjoy the celebration. The next day we arrive, pack up and go.

DO YOU OFFER A DIY OPTION ? 
No. We do not. We deliver, assemble and style the teepees.

HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES TO SET UP ?
Please allow 60-120 minutes for set-up ( Depending on theme and numbers of guests ). An adult must be present at the time to sign and review the checklist.

WHAT KIND OF TEEPEE DO YOU HAVE ?
Magic Ideas teepees are designed, styled and hand made exclusively for us. We do not use frame tents, our teepees are square and are covered on all sides, to offer more comfort and privacy to the guests.

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED ?
- Each single teepee requires 4ft width x 7ft depth x 5ft high.
- Each double teepee (for 2 kids) requires 5ft width x 7ft depth x 5ft high.
Depending on the space you have, we can arrange in different set ups. If you are unsure, please let us know the dimensions available and we can work through options for you.

CAN I HOLD MY SET UP OUTSIDE ?
Our tents are designed for indoor use but can be used outdoors if prearranged and if the following conditions are met: - There is an outdoor covered area - An additional mat is hired to place under the mattresses ($20 per teepee) - There are no sprinklers, hoses, and water must not be used near the teepees. - There are no pets to make contact with any teepee.

HOW ARE MAGIC IDEAS TEEPEES CLEANED ?
After each event, all bedding including blankets are washed. Mattresses, tent covers, decorative pillows and styling items are disinfected and spot cleaned.

ARE LIGHTS AND LANTERNS SAFE ?
Yes. All lights and lanterns are battery operated and are completely safe., and heat proof for children to operate. Batteries are included.

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING ?
Please complete the online wish form or call us.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE THE DATE ?
If you need to cancel or change dates, you must notify us at least 10 business days prior to your event. A change of dates will be based on availability of the preferred date. No refunds are granted for cancellations within 7 days of your event date.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK ?
As dates can book out quickly, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, but please contact us for availability on your preferred date.

CAN PETS SLEEP IN OUR TENTS? We all love our pets, but all animals must be kept away from the teepees due to some children having extreme allergic reactions to animal hair (which is not always easy to eliminate despite through washing).

HOW DO I PAY ?

We will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will due 7 days prior your event. You can pay by cash, check, PayPal (2.9% merchant processing fee applies)

DO I REQUIRE A BOND ?
Yes, a $150 refundable security bond is required at booking, to cover any damage of the tents or decoration accessories. It will be refunded after the pick-up and once the checklist provided at the setup is reviewed with you.
