Terms and conditions


Magic Ideas require for all bookings an upfront non-fundable 50% deposit payment that will be submitted with your booking request form. The remaining balance due within seven business days before the date of party.

At time of submitting your booking form, we require a fully refundable security deposit of $150. The security deposit covers damage, breakages or extra cleaning that may be required. Deposit will be returned within 5 business days of the pick-up minus deductions if applicable, which will be fully itemized.


For all bookings that have been confirmed, a ten business days notice must be given via email for all cancellations. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the paid deposits.

When a change in the booking date is required, a minimum of 10-business days notice via email must be given to re schedule date and time, upon availiability.


Any damages or lost/stolen teepees or accessories will incur a cost equal to its replacement. We reserve the right to exit immediately due to illegal activity or rude and disrespectful clients. You will be charged the full price for the party.


The business will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests. We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party. Additionally, we will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using our equipment. Diligence must be taken by all clients/parents/families/adults when children are on the premises.


In the event that Magic Ideas for unforeseen reasons fails to fulfill any terms of the agreement, our liability is limited to refund all the moneys to the client. Under NO circumstances we will be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claim whatsoever which arises out of or in connection with this agreement. Client’s statutory rights are not affected.


A non-smoking environment must be provided at all times. Please do your best to keep pets away from the teepees. Food, Drinks, Shoes, Pets, Makeup are prohibited inside the teepees. Any stains inside or outside the tents will result in a penalty charge of $150.


The client and our staff will verify checklist of all items provided in the setup. It is the client’s responsibility to return all the items that are checked in perfect condition the next day pick up.


Magic Ideas reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any promotional media controlled by us. Rest assured that we will never use identifying information in these images. If you would like an image removed, please contact us immediately via email or text. Feel free to tag us in any of your social media posts.


The laws of the state of North Carolina and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Mecklenburg County will govern this agreement.
